Institutional facade — official notices for closed and paused programmes

Program closure tracker

Closed, suspended, and paused routes, plus policy notices that put a live programme under pressure. A row marked under pressure is not a closure. The five Eastern Caribbean citizenship-by-investment programmes are still open, and Schengen visa-free travel for those passports has not been suspended.

Active figures live in the open dataset explorer. Programmes that remain open, such as Dominica CBI, are listed with their dated official floors rather than here. Figure corrections are on the verified-changes feed.
